FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST

 

Ironclad Technology Services has an opening for a Financial Systems Analyst to join our growing company in Virginia Beach, VA.  Due to the nature of the work, only U.S. Citizens will be considered for this position.

Requirements

  • Assist in the performance of labor functions such as civilian labor budget, formulation and execution. 
  • Budget Formulation:  Prepare detail analysis and estimates of funding needs. 
  • Budget Execution:  Control obligation and expenditure of funds available. 
  • Provide managers with various reports, and data relative to status of funds, expenses, and obligations.
  • Perform analysis on a wide variety of contracts and invoices using a number of automated financial systems and spreadsheets
  • Assist in resolving issues relevant to summary level United States Standard General Ledger (USSGL) accounts.

Specific Technical Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years experience running queries in STARS/FL
  • 2 years of user level experience with the Navy’s Command Financial Management System (CFMS) or Fund Administration and Standardized Document Automation (FASTDATA)
  • Familiarity and user experience with the Navy’s Standard Labor Data Collection and Distributed Application (SLDCADA)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 5 years of financial management work experience
  • Previous experience working with U.S. Navy
  • U.S. Citizen and eligible for a security clearance
