Wick Townsend, Founder and President, has enjoyed a 22 year career in both the public and private sectors. He has served in executive leadership roles in organizations ranging in size from startup to 400 employees, and in positions leading sales, marketing, capture and executive recruiting. He has significant experience with strategy development, governance, and finance. Previously he served in the U.S. Navy after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy.
Tony Land, Executive Vice President, has 26 years of public service (U.S. Marine Corps active and reserve) and has enjoyed a 14-year career in both the public and private sectors. Prior to Ironclad, he served as Vice President of a mid-size IT services firm where he led the development and operations of the company’s largest professional services practice. Growing his group from 3 to 172 in four years, he has developed strong relationships with both government and private industry customers.
